Server Error When Connecting to Road To CFP

I’m having the same problem. I need it fixed asap. Even if I get an opponent the game just crashes 

I am on PS5. My EA account cannot play Road to the College Football Playoff. The instant I press “Search for Game,” I receive the error “Our servers cannot process your request at this time.” Every other online mode works correctly, and another account on the same PS5 can search for and play Road to the College Football Playoff without issue. This appears to be an account-specific matchmaking/profile issue. Please investigate and reset or repair my Road to the College Football Playoff profile if necessary.

When playing the mode road to college football playoffs game freezing in the middle of the game and sends me to dashboard I got like 40 losses because of it

I've tried to use Oregon for several days and I ve received the same error. Picked UGA and it loaded right up

This is dumb ea I payed money to get it early was in the top 900 working my way and now it won’t even let me get into a game keeps saying our servers can’t process your request at this time it’s been happening for the last two days why did I spend money on a game and can’t even play the one thing I want makes no sense 

For some reason every time I try to use Oregon I get an error stating that ea servers cannot process my request at the time… but I can use any other team on the game without any error.

Yes I can use any other team 

whenever I try to play online I get an error whenever I use Oregon… when I pick any other team I get put right into a game
