We just had a 4th friend join and it allowed us to advance it may just be a 3 member glitch

Weirdly enough we had 3 people also and the glitch happened after one of them left
We had a random person join ours. Everyone was ready up to advance but him. So we kicked him and the week advanced without issue. We played the conference championship game with no issues. When we go to advance past week 16 is when we had the issue. We had a friend join us to see if it would magically fix it, but no luck.
