Can't Launch games from the C&C Collection. "Game hasn't been released yet"

Can we give the following a try? 

1. Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
2. Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
3. Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
4. Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
5. Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Did 1 through 5. Problem persists.

I am getting this same error on cnc red alert 2 and yuris revenge. red alert 3 and yuris uprising works fine.

My system is completely up to date with all drivers bios and firmware. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my system. I have the latest version of win11 with all updates for gpu, win 11 and all my apps. Something is def wrong with the launching of this game. SFC and dism repair are fine. Running through those steps listed above and clearing the cache does nothing.

Is there any other way to fix this? When launching the game it's also asking for admin privileges to launch. My date and time and timezone are fine. Also I am not on vpn. I am connected through spectrum isp on a 1 gigabit plan from the state of MA in the USA. Nothing is wrong on my end.

What is going on here?

This is frustrating. I followed the chat step for trouble shooting the issue. I requested for a refund, and the agent literally making a way to disconnect me. I literally feel like I have been scammed because It was too late when I searched it online, it shows that this issue was known 10 months ago, and I did not research and bought the game. Know 5 hours later, I'm still looking for answer. I know I can't refund it so I'm still trying, I hope someone can help me.

I hope you all are doing well and staying safe.

I have been experiencing problems with EA App when playing C&C games. On Origin, when I played them, no problems, but on this thing it appears bugs are happening frequently.

I was not able to launch C&C Red Alert 3 without following the bypass steps using the fixed launchers due to game hanging. Now I am not able to play Uprising as it says "The game hasn't been released". I checked the EA App, and it appears the forums have people with the same issue. The one solution is to check BIOS and date/time on computer to be synched, which mine are. The other is clearing cache, which does not help.

I have contacted support and the person stated they contacted the appropriate team for escalation and said I need to do the same on these forums.

If you could please assist me I would greatly appreciate it.

As a side-note, I have also noticed the game's AI is extremely buggy for base game, and that the scripting is off as I had many campaign problems.

I have a Windows 11 (23H2) laptop with a Ryzen 5 3600 and a GTX 2060 with two SSDs, i keep my game installs on my second SSD.

Whenever i try to launch a Command & Conquer title (C&C, Red Alert, Renegade etc) it will prompt me to run with admin permissions which I allow then it comes with the below error:

The game hasn't released yet

Wait until the official release date () to launch Command & Conquer Red Alert, Counterstrike and The Aftermath. In the meantime, you can go to the Game Hub to learn more about different edition release dates.

This error will occur for any of the Ultimate Collection games. I know the game is released and I have had Renegade working recently on a laptop running Windows 10.

I''ve spoken with EA support and we've tried the following:

• Ensure windows time is synced correctly (currently synced to time.windows.com)
• Ensure that Windows Defender (or any AV) is not protecting the system at launch
• Create a new local Admin account on the computer and try to launch the application
• Disable services and non essential startup services
• Repaired games
• Reinstalled games

They don't seem to have an answer for this but I was wondering if anyone in the community would?

While listed as solved, this is clearly NOT SOLVED.  EA keeps doing this with the games, I'm pretty frustrated by them gaslighting their customers.

Solution!
I had same issue but managed to get C&C Remastered to launch by selecting it in the EA App, clicking MANAGE, then View Properties and then adding -REDALERT to the Advanced launch options. After clicking OK to the admin prompt, the launcher successfully ran and allowed me to select my C&C original game or Red Alert.

Hopefully this will work for others too until EA sort out the bugs in this awful EA app.
