C&C : Connect to your EA account to activate the game

I am running windows 10 64 bits.
I am already running Ea app, I tried uninstalling it and re-installing but it doesn't work. 
My ea app version is : 13.423.0.5936

It seems like Ea games have a bug in the game launcher. I launched Red Alert 2 and the whole screen appears and i Have been able to connect and run Red Alert 2. But when i come back to command and conquer general zero hour, it doesn'T work.
