    Community manager roles do not include providing help at the level you're suggesting.  

    C&C Tiberium Alliances is still receiving fixes and slight updates so C&C as a franchise isn't totally dead.

    So what is the alternative? EA help sends the players here. Here players are sent back to EA help, or ignored by EA community managers.
