I installed the patch and am running the game in Windows 7 compatibility mode as administrator and I still get to the main menu screen and the buttons do not load. I can see the animations but have nothing to click on and have to cntrl+alt+delete out of the game. How do I proceed or get a refund for Origin Access because I bought it exclusively to play this game and it is broken.
