I've tried aproaching EA in so many different ways, BY phone , via live chat , belive me that no body gonna help you. I have same issue as you have and EA wont help. Worst part is that i've proved EA that i bought the game and i even sent them a COPY of my reciep and they said its not they're fault the cd is already redeemed.
SO tbh i have no clue how can we solve this because even tho we provide everything EA will just say that its our fault the cd -key they provide us its already use.
I just hope the Moderators will stop deliting the post and START HELPING us, we costumers , we buy the prodcuts and expect to work.
Yea after 3 days of waiting I finally got help just just to be told they can’t do anything. They own the damn game, then make the cd key so why can’t they just give another? I own the game myself too and on disk at that but they cant....or more won’t help

I know and that is insane , i jsut checked and i got 8 phone calls with EA support from NA and from France and UK , i got 9 tickets and 4 live chat and still no help , because EA doesnt even wanna help us ; even tho we bought the game that THEY OWN.
I have no ideea how can we get help and what we can do , if u find anything let me know please

Honestly I was told to just contact the retailer. I’ve basically given up on if and will probably sell it when I get the chance. I will probably just stick to c&c 3 you know?

yeah, same thing they told me as well , but guess what? EA IS THE RETAILER in my case , and they didnt help me either so yeah. it is sad tbh that EA wont help us
