Command $ Conquer Ultimate Collection

what has happened ?? I just downloaded this free  "crusader no remorse"  game and now my recently purchased   command and conquer ultimate collection games  now  will not open....in  RA2 Yuri.s revenge or generals although red alert 3 opens fine...
 I have clicked the game repair button and  it loads and says ready to play but it still wont open in yuris revenge .I have been playing it right up until I downloaded this free game from you .
Also this email verification will not open either .I have also followed proceedure to clear origin files and start again ! still nothing  
help !!
