Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour Loading issue

Answer HQ,

I have Command and Conquer Zero Hour and after the game crashed during a round, the game will no longer open, and the icon is a blank page.

I click on the icon, it opens up the window showing the two Zero Hour games you can play and niether of them open anything after I click on them.

I have had the game for about a year, so this is the first time this has happened.

If you have any answers, please tell me.

Could you please try disabling Origin In Game to see if the issue still occurs after this? You can disable Origin In Game if you go to the Origin menu in the top left corner of the client, then Application Settings and Origin In game.

If you right click the game tile in Origin client do you get a repair game option? If you do please run the repair.

I tryed to use the (repair game) but it dose't let me press on it.

Could you please try reinstalling Origin and then check if the repair becomes available?

I did unistall bouth Origin and Generals. Reinstalled them but same thing. Dosent let me play, check for updates, Repair game or uninstall from the menue.

It is enabled but won't let me disable it. I press the butten but nothing happens. It only lets me restor defaults witch I havent tuchd.

you have to open task manager, and close it. If the game is running, origin will not let you repair it.

Dear EA_Kristi,
the game is still crashing on start up.
I've read and done as per instructions on this thread but to no avail.
I am on Windows8.1.
Looking forward to your assistance and solution. I need to play this game stat! 🙂

I´ve got the same problem... the gamebutton became grey and now it isn´t any longer possible to play. That means "no fun today", because since today also "Yuri´s Revenge" can´t be played...
I´m looking forward to hear from you!
