Extreme delays launching attacks, collecting packages or moving bases

After the most recent server maintenance by EA techs (2/3/16) the features mentioned in the subject line are no longer performing the way we would expect. I have spoken to a number of players on W 10...

I play 3 different server and i have only 1 problems: "Maailma 1". 

I can collect nothing and game goes offline after 30sec then i try to play. 

Other 2 server runs fine. 

Other problems is then i try to goes forum up to page link, its not working.. Its moved main page every time. 

How i go there?
