Game won`t start on Asus Transformer Pad TF700T

So when i try to launch game all i see is a black screen, there is no sound or anything. I already tried to reinstall the game, clear cahe, close all other apps. The game is available to download for my device, so it must be able to launch, right?

  • Hey @LayronPK thanks for the screenshots. Unfortunately, after reviewing the minimum requirements for the game, we have determined that your device specs are not adequate, which is why you have been experiencing issues when trying to launch the game. ☹️ Do you have any other device you can play on?

  • Hey @LayronPK thanks for reaching out. I assume you downloaded directly from Google Play Store right? Can I ask you to provide a screenshot of your device specs?

Hey @EA_Grasshopper i`m happy that somebody answered! Yes, i download from Google Play.
My device is based on Tegra 3 chip (T33).
Adding screenshot from AIDA since there`s not much info in settings.

Well, i do, but that`s not the point. I tried to run the game on my phone (Lenovo K5 Plus) but it was laggy anyway. To be honest, i wanted to play on my tablet because it`s more comfortable with big screen.
Why am i here anyway. The game is available for my device in Play Market and i can`t run it. That`s the point. If developers won`t optimize game then it would be better to remove it for my tablet model in market (and maybe some other devices that can`t run it).

I understand, bigger screen is always better. And of course, we are always reevaluating what devices the game should be available on, as you can imagine there's a lot of Android devices to keep track of! I'll pass this information and feedback to the team. With regards to the lag on your Lenovo device, is the UI laggy or just gameplay? What kind of connection are you playing on? Generally cellular data can be more stable than WiFi but if you're a WiFi player, I recommend restarting your router every now and again and making sure there's no other apps running in the background when you play.

    Thank you, Grasshopper!
I hope information you pass will make it to the team and i grateful to you for trying to solve my problem (after EA support, where they sent me 4 same auto-generated messages in 4 days). I don`t think that i will be playing this game on my phone, but for the protocol: gameplay was little laggy, you know, like everything were slower than it should be. I use WI-FI connection and it is stable, on my phone it is confident 25-30 Mb/s, and, of course, i made shure there were no other apps in the background.

Hey Grasshopper, are you still here? I have one more question.
Plants vs Zombies 2 is unavailable for my tablet in store, is the reason for that the same?
