Are you talking about the DVD version or the Origin version?
The DVD version won't launch on Windows 10 because Microsoft decommissioned Safedisc/Securom, the system the game uses as DRM.
I have the old CD"s from C&C generals. I can install but not playing, do i have to install it on a different way? Or open on a different way? I tried to open it like windows 8 but nothing happend.

The easiest way to get it working on Windows versions before Windows 10 is to check your Windows update history, and remove the update KB3086255. That's the one that disables SafeDisc/SecuRom.

There is a post on this forum detailing how you can apparently reinstall the securom driver on windows 10, but personally I haven't verified if it works. It seems... contrived. You're probably better off looking for a no-cd patch.
