Missing crates from rivals race

Product: Command & Conquer: Rivals
Platform:Apple iPhone

Summarize your bug I won my rivals races but didn’t get my rewards. I contacted the chat and they were of no help. They told me to ask the forum so here I am. I won my gdi race on 1/7/20 and got second in nod race. I was supposed to get a colossal crate for the gdi race and an epic crate for the nod race but never got them. Can someone help me get my crates? My race screen shots are attached. I cropped the races because the screen shot files were too big. I can email EA the originals if they will give me my crates.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Give me my rewards.

    Apparently sometimes, the animation for getting the chest(s) is not shown. You might still have gotten the contents of the chest though.

    I didn’t get them. My gold coins should have increased by around 10k but stayed the same. Is there a way for them to give it to me still?

    I have the same problem, I did not receive any reward for neither competition last week... I already contacted the EA support, but they guided me here

    I have the same problem.
    During 2020 January's Race event I got first place in both GDI and Nod factions. THe reward was supposed to be 2 Colossal Crates ( from both sides), but I got only one of them.
    I got my GDI Colossal Crate, but then when the event was 1 min to end I started a match as Nod. I won and ranked up to Platinum League, but instead of Getting both my Golden Crate (for rank up) and my Colossal Crate (from Nod Race) I got an error and the game crashed. When I logged back I got nothing. No money and no cards.

    I wonder if there's someone around there to aid us. It is sad that we are having this issue and the game would be so much better with this problems solved.

    same problem.. won the GDI race.. but no crate
