There are a few ways to do this.
1, ask a member which sector they reside in and make the jump.
2. Click on one of your members bases (via opening up the alliance page and selecting a member then click on a base), then select world map and their base should show with a flashing icon the sector they are in.
When you have established this you can select the relocate base and move.
