No online since yesterday 19/9 "Account or sub account name cannot be found"
I faced a new online error message "Account or sub account name cannot be found" although 2 of my friends login normally at the same time I faced this issue. fix it please. Thanks
- Your account may be suspended By EA, but try switch your console off for 10 minutes and try again,if you still can't go online speak to a advisor by following the step I provided
You may need to contact a chat advisor to see if your account is having problem ,but first try logging out and restart after 10 min,but you may want to speak to a chat advisor here the link
You need to contact a live chat advisor only they can investigate and get you in
Try to contact EA is to use Live Chat, and to get there, you want to go to this site here ---> https://help.ea.com/contact-us
From there, you will need to input information to help them direct you to the right advisor. Eventually, you will be given the option for Live Chat. You want to click on this and it will pop up a small window with a time limit to when you should get a message from an advisor.
