Online game disconnects after 90 mins

Product: Command & Conquer Remastered
Platform:Steam-PC
Summarize your bug Online play disconnects after 90 mins. Playing same game, it disconnects in the middle of it.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play for 90 mins and then start swearing that everything is gone, and all that time wasted.
What happens when the bug occurs? Goes back to main menu
What do you expect to see? I expect the game to keep playing till we are dead , or someone gives up

When playing online after 90 mins it loses connection. Then counts down and goes back to menu. So annoying after all that time , you are left with nothing !!!

There is no way to re connect, or do anything.  One was against my brother and neither disconnected on purpose. And neither had internet issues.

    Played another game tonight, same problem. 

    What a waste.... Has anyone actually played longer than 90 mins ?

    I've not had a match last that long, so not spotted the bug yet. Though I'm surprised that the bug exists.

    This might manifest in the form of a Bug, but knowing EA, it's highly likely to be an intentional design. Default Matches on Tiberian Twilight lasted for 90 Minutes. This made having fun on the game really difficult.

    It doesn't have a time limit for me and my friends. It seems to happen randomly. So far, but not 100% tested, It seems to be just on red alert.

    Happened again, this time was about 60 mins into the game. Played against my brother again.  We love playing  a 30 min no attack period then all on after that. How can we even enjoy the game not knowing when it will disconnect?.....

    You sound like you'd be better off either using Custom Maps that have prebuilt Base Scripts (which can go spectacularly wrong sometimes), or playing Red Alert CnCNet.

    I know exactly what you're on about with the No-Attack for X-Time, I do it all the time I can. When I'm playing with people I know anyway, or if the other player suggests it first.

    Just played a 3v3 multiplayer.

    Lasted about 10 or 15mins then connection lost.

    No problem here at all for connection.

    This is making the game unplayable when you "lose connection" when there is on connection issues. 

    Straight after play another game. No issues....
