Physical Copy of a game

Hi,

I had an Origin account before it was turned into an EA Account. I had one game, it was called Command and Conquer the Ultimate Collection. When I had the physical copy of the game I entered the code into the Origin platform and everything worked normally, I was able to play CnC Ultimate Collection.

Fast forward today, I downloaded the EA App and noticed that my CnC Ultimate Collection is not in my account. I found my dusty CnC Ultimate Collection box, entered the code and it said the code had already been redeemed.

I did some poking around and while the receipt is required for resetting the redemption key, the problem is, I no longer have my receipt. I've only got the original box, the original code, music cd, the original artwork.

Is there any way I can reset my key?

    Hey there, I’m sorry you’ve run into this.

    Since this involves a previously redeemed product code and checking what may have happened to the entitlement on your EA Account, this is something that would need to be reviewed by the EA Help team. They have access to the account and purchase information needed to investigate whether the game can be recovered or restored.

    I understand you no longer have the original receipt, but I’d still recommend contacting EA Help and providing as much information as you can, including the original game box, product code, and any other proof of ownership you still have. They’ll be able to advise what options may be available in your case.

    Unfortunately, we’re not able to reset or restore redeemed product keys through the forums, but EA Help would be the right place to have this looked into.
