Exactly the same problem!
I got yuris revenge for free and bought the ultimate collection after install yuris revenge.
When i tried to activate C&C Ultimate for the first time, i got an error.
Error on german: "Ihre Eingabe konnte nicht verarbeitet werden. Versuchen sie es zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt erneut".
Now the key is "already in use" when i try to activate again.
Game was not added to my library. iam only allowed to download yuris revenge again.
New Origin-install or refreshing the library didnt help.
I hope someone can help us.

Peculiar. I know for a fact Origin has no trouble adding duplicate games to an account.
Anyway, for key-related issues like this you should contact EA tech support through help.ea.com, and get to the chat with a live representative. They can actually look into your account details to solve such things.

Hm, this is odd. I'm quite certain I also redeemed the RA2/YR pack (more or less as a test) while I already have The Ultimate Collection, and that duplicate seems to be gone now. Could be there are indeed troubles having both on an account, somehow.

ticket to EA takes time ...
the employee on the phone didnt understand my problem. he didnt took any attention to my explaination.
he thought the key didnt match and want screenshots, scans and photos where i bought my cd-key. he seemed a bit pissed...
OMG EA, i dont wanna go in a print-store and pay money to get supoort from EA only cause i dont have a scanner at home.
he didnt understand that the code is OK. it is a technical issue why the game dont pop up in my origin library.
now wrote an extensively e-mail with screenshots and a photo of my cd-code.
hope i will get an answer soon and sorry for my bad english. hope you can understand what i mean.

@Icebox049 I noticed that on my order history on the Origin site, the status of the On The House RA2/YR (which went missing) mysteriously changed from "Completed" to "Pending". That may be a clue?

i found someone in the german helpforum with exactly the same Problem. (equal error messages and issue)

i inform him that it seems to be a technical issue in origin and i already wrote a mail to EA (with screenhsot)

We are looking into this issue, thanks for making us aware. In the mean time, we would appreciate if you could submit an Origin Error Report and post its ID in here as highlighted in red below.
- Open Origin.
- From the menu on the top choose "Help"
- Select "Origin Error Reporter" (You can read more about it here: http://download.dm.origin.com/oer/en_GB.html )
You will see three screens as shown below.
- Select the appropriate category for your issue.
- For the description of the problem, please include a very brief description and include a link to your forum post.
- Check the box to share diagnostic information and click on "Send Report"
- The error reporter will show the second screenshot from below and will then show the third screenshot when finished. On the third one mark and choose to copy (or write down) the Error Report ID text string (bolded) and post it here.
With this ID we will be able to take a closer look at what exactly has been going on. Thank you very much for taking a look in advance.
