Problem with CC ultimate collection activation

I have i my library Command and Conquer with datadisk Yuri's revenge, then I buy a Command and Conquer Ultimate collection, i used the key, but I dont see any new games i my library library

Hi, 

i hope that EA will fix this issue soon.

didnt receive an answer on my e-mail so far.

my status of On The House RA2/YR is still "completed" (screenshot)

time will tell

i found someone in the german helpforum with exactly the same Problem. (equal error messages and issue)

Give him an answer with a link to our conversation here

i inform him that it seems to be a technical issue in origin and i already wrote a mail to EA (with screenhsot)
