without knowing the solutions you have attempted, bit hard to give suggestions, but basic stuff

have u tryed to disable the firewall completely before play? and the windows firewall is off?
have u tryed running in Admin mode?
Check Documents folders for the Game are NOT hidden or Read Only
Tryed Port Forwarding your router?

Try another User Acccount on your pc, yes i know it sounds unlikely but trust me, might work and u can allways delete it after


other than these, try give some more info? what Security program do you use?

system specs?
brief summery of stuff u have tryed?

    HP Pavilion G6 Notebook pc

    AMD A6-3400m APU

    Radeon (HD)Graphics 1.40GHz

    6.00 GB RAM

    64-bit operating system

    Windows 7

    i tired turning my firwall off. no go

    i tried port forwarding. no go

    tried in admin mode. no go

    i will attempt the other two and report

    so im not entirely sure how to check if the games document files are hidden or read only.. perhaps u can suggest a course of action?

    as well while port forwarding when i enter the ports and attempt to save they indicate 'invalid ip' i have an actiontec V1000H router ive searched high and low and not even port forwarding.com has a solution for me. am i to enter my pc's ip? or do i need to enter your servers ip? ive done these things before with other games and it was pretty straight forward yet this router is relatively new and im unsure as how to set it up properly..
