Re: Mouse cursor not visible at menu
I remember specifically getting this issue when enabling large mouse cursor, and having "Performance mouse pointer" enabled in the video settings.
So, see if disabling "Performance mouse pointer" fixes it.

@NyergudsAfter spending time trying to navigate to this menu again I managed to deselect the option (also required to not have external monitor) and the cursor appeared! Thanks for the (temporary) solution to the problem!
This bug still stands for the most part though as I feel it should be visible when loading the game to navigate to the menu. +1 For XP 🙂
