X3 here. what they do is pair me with players who are all level 13. All my units are level 11.
my win rate was around 50% before I get to master league but now it is 10%. The reason I got 10% is they pair me with level 8 after I lost 9 times straight. Pairing with players who are two levels higher is ridiculous. I understand that this is a business and the goal is to make more money as possible, but as an industry leader you should refine and tune the game to stop this from happening. I have been playing EA games more than 20 years ago(starting from need for speed) and I was always happy and grateful to EA for accompany me from a kid till now.
i spend more money on this game than all other EA games combined. Highly disappointed. Feel like a lifelong friend who always by my side through my up and downs is gone.
Both of you talk quite a LOT of rubbish. Learn how to play the game before you bash it and stop crying like little kids.
I can get to Tiberian League with L9.3 units and can beat opponents that are L12/13 no problem.

Every player that has level 13 units that you face with your level 11 units, also went through the same. When they got to that’s point, they either paid to level up or their units, or had to wait to level them up for free to be able to complete more easily.
This is what is happening to you. You get to Masters with level 11 units. The game has to match you up with someone. Unfortunately for you, the majority of players with your same medal count in Masters have units above level 11. So it matches you up with them. It has to. They aren’t going to match you up with only players from Diamond league. You left Diamond league.

It's nice that you can do that. But that does not mean that everybody can. In fact, if everybody could do that, EA would have designed the level progression even slower than it is now.

I have looked at the profile of those in tiberium that I run into with levels that low. One thing is common amongst all of them. They lose a lot and play a lot. They play a lot more games than the average of about 10 games a day that most players play.
Also, when they win, it’s usually against people that have flaws in their decks. Big gaping holes that they cannot recover from. IE. A mostly air deck going against laser troopers, bikes, and phantoms or a mostly all war factory deck that’s susceptible to Titans and orcas for example.
But aggro to aggro with similar units, they tend to lose a lot.
