Red Alert 1 original game is stuck on the menu screen. No selection's

Hello, Red Alert 1 the original game is not able tos tart on windows 11.

I own both games on EA App, Origin, and Steam. But for now, the version from EA app stops at the red alert screen. No intro, no cutscenes. Just right into the red alert menu where you are suppose to select, new mission, counterstrike and aftermath, are no where to see. It's almost like the background is only a picture. I will attach a picture. Is there any solution for this.

I am running on windows 11 at the moment.
