If you are still seeing issues with downloading or running Red Alert 2 via the new EA App, please let us know the following:

Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers)

Hi, I have this problem too.
All games work for me except RED ALERT 2.
I can hear the sound but there is a black screen.
I log in through the EA app on my computer.
can you help me?
- Nyerguds2 years agoHero+@uriab23 @OneLargeFarva This is a known issue. The CnCNet client for RA2/YR contains the fixes for that stuff.

Even if you're not interested in online play, simply installing the client should fix it, even if you then launch the game normally without using the CnCNet client.- 2 years ago
Hi,
I have installed the CnCnet client but I am still unable to launch RA2 or YR. Any other ideas?

- 2 years agoI got it working....Not sure what it was but I have turned off the EA overlay as per someone's idea, but then I located the executable file for Yuri. Made a new desktop shortcut, then added "Fullscreen=false" to the end of the target path. Ran that and lo and behond I get the main menu
