Red Alert 3: Can't play online
Red Alert 3 online, when I try to log in I get an error message: 'Specified account or subaccount name wasn't found' How do I fix this?

Having the exact same problem as this on Steam.
Tried basically everything
- Once downloaded tried restarting - didn't work
- Tried re-downloading - didn't work
- Checked registry key (too make sure the key was the same as my CD key) - it was right
- Turned off all firewalls/antivirus - didn't work
- Opened all port, set my router to allow all incoming and outgoing traffic/ports (router is a netgear n300) - didn't work
- Ran all redists and checked the make sure windows updates were not somehow conflicting with the game.
- I had someone else test logging on to the game (this person could log into their RA3 fine) they could not on mine.
EA Please fix this or give us some guidance ?
When you are paying with money for things you should get service and also be able to show us how to fix things like this.

So after a month of back and forth with EA support still no solution. They got me to run some diagnostics programs.
"You are actually experiencing quite a bit of connection loss and slowness, later in your connection path to us. Because this is before you even get to our server, there really isn't a whole lot that I can help you trouble shoot with." -EA Customer Experience
It seems they cant find a way to solve this problem. They recommended I get in touch with my ISP but that cant be the problem as my housemate can play just fine. My ticket is now closed.
Im getting a new laptop in about a month, if the problem goes away I'll update this.
Since last Sunday have been receiving a similar message when trying to connect online. "Disconnect notification: The specified account or subaccount wasn't found"
Prior to this connection had been fine. Even created a new account tonight - Registered without trouble while in Red Alert - then when attempting to connect online the same message came up.
Internet connection seems fine and haven't had any interuptions in service.
Any reg keys or game files that might have become corrupt....?!
Same Problem here. cant login, with different EA Accounts :-(
I've been having the same problem for over a week but I just logged in by changing my Online ID to random characters. I put "xkjlkdjklqwert" you have to use your real email address and password to login.
