respawn

Normally when my base is destroyed, I wait to respawn for 24 hrs. Then respawn with all my repair time so a player can attack after the bubble drops. I went by the countdown in my reports as to when I was destroyed.  waited the 24 hrs and respawned behind enemy lines with to my surprise only 2 hrs of repair time available. Did they change something or did I just get screwed? Now I'm behind enemy lines with only enough repair for at most 2 attacks. this blows!
