EA fixed the issues today.

Scenario 1: Player 1 is on latest Android update 1.11.1 and Player 2 on previous Android update 1.11.0 - tick tank is played by one of them and the game disconnects for both
Scenario 2: Player 1 is on previous Android update 1.11.0 and Player 2 is on iOS - a tick tank is built by iOS player and it disconnects the Android player. The update is needed for android players.
Scenario 3: Player 1 is on latest Android update 1.11.1 and Player 2 is on iOS - a tick tank is built by iOS player however it does NOT disconnect the Android player so this cheat is gone for iOS players as long Android players update to 1.11.1
Scenario 4: Player 1 is on latest Android update 1.11.1 and Player 2 is on iOS - a tick tank is built by Android player - it does NOT disconnect the Android player.
Scenario 5: Basilisk still shuts down the game if destroyed. This was not addressed. (edited)
