Unfair matching for battles in C & C Rivals.

I've been playing command and conqueror for years, started playing when I was just a kid on the PC and now as a 41 year old grown adult I play when I have time on my smartphone. I have been running into a very frustrating problem that being when you go to battle against the game and Command and Conquer Rivals the game constantly matches me up with high ranking opponents which you don't have a choice in the matter when you're waiting for the game to match your to an opponent once you are matched that's it and nine out of 10 matches are consistently without fault against an opponent that has extremely high level units and unfair advantage in the battle and indefinitely always wins and I understand that for the first 10 battles there's no Metals lost during these type of matched battles against the higher ranking opponent but still nonetheless all the time and strategy put into a match against your opponent to only fail and know from the start that you're going to fail is unbelievably frustrating. I have made now two or three different accounts to try to avoid this situation but I have yet to be successful in finding a way to enjoy evenly matched or slightly challenging matches rather only to be matched with high ranking opponents that have God like abilities during the battle to only wipe you clean and destroy your base while you do nothing but either surrender or endure the unnecessary completely out of pocket battle that you've been matched up with. I am at my wit's end with these ridiculously high ranking opponents that I'm being matched to I'm getting tired of battling these other opponents that are either purchasing advances in the game at which I don't even have a clue at who I'm going to battle or what level they are until I'm put in the battle and then only to have to surrender or watch myself get completely destroyed for no reason because the game or the algorithm that you guys have or the AI stepins or whatever it is is just mind-blowing frustrating and upsetting I have already in the past emailed and tried to get the attention of the developers when it comes to this situation but yet it seems to fall on deaf ears this is by far unacceptable for the game it is unacceptable to put your fans and your account holders through that have been loyal to this game since day one I am one of them myself and it in a small way kind of breaks my heart to have to think about never wanting to play this game again because it just doesn't stop every single match is me at my level and matched up with one of those opponents that it says a challenge match initiated high- ranking opponent's whatever it says you know and that's it, sometimes you can beat them but most of the time 9 out of 10 it's a loss for me or the person that is being matched against the higher ranking opponents but these aren't just one or two levels above yourself it is five levels higher or opponents that have purchased certain God like abilities when they kill you in battle it it'll have like for an example a unicorn or something of the sort from my opponent's purchase of whatever God ability he wanted but I think this is unfair and out of line to basically be forced into these battles there should be a choice in a way or at least an option to select a mode where you can enter yourself into the opportunity to face such high ranking opponents at such a low level but I do believe this is a situation and issue that needs to be addressed ASAP. Thank you to whoever this is falling on and whoever is responsible for the matchmaking in Command and Conquer Rivals mobile version for Android. I respectfully look forward to seeing a change in the matching for battles on the game command and Conquer Rivals I will then be more willing to stay and play the game and be willing to make more in-app purchases on the game as well but at this point it is not worth to even make any in-app purchases nor even play the game so this is why I have taken the time that's taking me over an hour to figure out how to send this out to somebody or to the necessary department or people's or persons.
