The pre-registration rewards are planned to go out later this week.
As for the performance issue, can you try to close all unrequired background apps, clear cache and do a fresh install to see if that can improve the performance? Thanks!

For the performance issues, i closed all background apps (as i always done), i've cleared cache and performed a fresh install. Sadly nothing worked, after few seconds the situation collapse and the game runs awfully as always, making impossible to play or even navigate menus. What else can i do?
