Chapter 3 - stuck on "activate control console" after turning on centrifuge

Playing with a physical disc copy using my PS5's original internal drive (not one connected via USB).

    So I just downloaded the latest patch as of 02/02/2023 and the problem wasn't fixed. It still says to activate the console even after bringing down the two switches in the adjoining room, and the lift still can't be used after turing on the centerfuge.
