DEAD SPACE 2 - failed to launch game

Sorry to hear that there's been difficulty launching the game.

If you haven't already, please try the troubleshooting steps below to see if you're able to launch Dead Space 2 then: 

• Clear the EA App's cache
• Disable in-game overlays
• End EA-related tasks in Task Manager 
• Close all potentially conflicting background applications 
• Add Dead Space 2 and EA-related .exe files as exceptions to anti-virus software and Windows Defender 
• Check if your graphic drivers are all up to date
