Dead Space 2 Loading screen error

On load up the screen flickers, Im using game pass and the EA store doesnt recognise as Dead space 2 being in my library and force closes the game saying "its a problem on our end."

It looks like to play the game everyone has to manually ask for EA to add it to their account as it doesnt do it for Game pass. Its the weekend, please I want to play the game I payed for.
