dead space 3 legends suit set

It seems that there only happens to be one suit in the "set". Is it possible that the other suit or suits are for Carver? Also, why was the advanced suit left out of the game when it was advertised in earlier previews for the game?

Isaac gets the Engineer RIG from DS2, and Carver gets the Titan Security RIG. There is no Advanced RIg ☹️

To add, Titan Security suit is a recolor of N7 suit or vice versa. Same suit, different decals.
