Dead Space 3 Limited Edition - Impossible to redeem codes

Hi,

I bought  Dead Space 3 Limited Edition for the PS3, and acquired 1 redeem code (*********).

I have tried both via the CD & PSN network's redeem code and the following message keeps showing "The code you entered may not be correct or may no longer be valid."

Can you please help me solving this issue?

    I would recommend to get in contact with one of our Game Advisor, they can check your used codes and account entitlements to help you back in the game. And please, never post private information like gamecodes or your name on a public board!

    I'VE BEEN REALLY BUSY WITH SCHOOL AND OTHER STUFF SO I HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED USING MY LIMITED EDITION DEAD SPACE 3 SINCE I BOUGHT IT LAST FEB. THE REDEEM CODES SEEM TO HAVE EXPIRED. I KNOW THAT WAS PRETTY RETARDED OF ME. CAN I POSSIBLY GET NEW ONES? HELP?

    Bought a brand new sealed copy of dead space 3 about three weeks ago and just tried to enter the online pass code but it's saying the pass code has already been used? The game was brand new, I paid full price and it was also sealed.

    I've emailed Game but they're saying since it's been over 7 days they can't do anything, suggestions?
