Dead Space achievements and DLC skins gone

I have Dead Space Remaster on PC through EA play.

I deleted the game on accident, and I reinstalled it. Now it says I never unlocked any achievements also that I don't have my skins I bought the collector's edition of the game, so I got codes for everything, and I put them in. So now what do I do? cause idk how to redownload all my skins and if i go to the store and click on the dlc bundle it says buy. I do have all my progress in the game still. I just don't have any of my achievements and my collector's edition dlc skins.

    @tmul5vn7sc0n Hey, with EA Play, if any additional content was obtained or given with the EA Play sub, you can only access it if the subscription is active. If the subscription is not active you wont have access to it any longer.

    With the collectors edition though, you should have the content available only with that edition. IF EA Play offers different content, you wont have it unless you have an active sub. Same rule applies as above. All available content the account owns would have the option to be downloaded under the manage games part.
