I have had several crashes now when playing Dead Space remake on PS5. The screen will go black and I will here an audio buzz until it eventually just powers the console down. I have to press the power button twice to get it to come back online. Since I have moved from surround sound multi Chan setup to headphones it appears to be more stable, but need to give it more time to see if that really made a difference.
Me my sound crash in the menu of the game, big audio buzz and after no sound in the game. I try everything and always the same probleme..
Definitely easy to reproduce. If I set in game to stereo with my eARC Sonos setup it works fine. If I try multi chan or 3d audio it crashes with buzzing noise and I have to manually power cycle the ps5.
If I use headphones with 3d audio it works fine.
Hoping EA can fix quickly like they did the graphical issues (which looks great now btw)

Is anything else happening? even with the patch today, when i start the game, there is a big crash noise and after that no more noise. No noise in the menu and no noise in the game. i try TV and PlayStation Head set and same probleme.
If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip... cant put clip but just imagine a big noise (kkrrrrshhhhchhhh) and after that nothing...
I have the same issue. My ps5 crashes while I'm playing the game, I've tried deleting and reinstalling and it's still happening
Update: I experienced the freeze again but this time it was on stereo. I deleted the game and re-installed and the latest update dropped. I’ve been playing quite a bit using multi chan sound and haven’t experienced another freeze yet. Not sure if it was the reinstall or the latest update because both happened at the same time. Will keep ya’ll posted and let you know if I experienced the issue again. Cheers.

Game just keep crashing. Even tried clearing cache and rebuilding data base. This is quite annoying
My game keeps crashing to black screen on chapter 3 Course Correction when i go into the Decontamination room and activate the sequence. I have try'ed everything but cant get passed this point.
