This is extremely frustrating. I have tried everything. I verified the game files, repaired my DXdrivers, updated my graphics drivers, stress tested my hardware, ran an sfc scan, reseated my GPU and NOTHING has been able to fix this issue. I am on the verge of getting a refund. Please help me so I don't have to go down that avenue. SPECS: RTX 3060Intel Core i7 10700k32 GB RAMSamsung 870 EVO

can we try the following steps and check if this continues?

Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Default your game to the high-performance GPU, AMD Settings | Nvidia Settings | Windows Settings

EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Repair Games (Go to My Collection > Select the tile Dots > Repair)

Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

Rolling back your GPU drivers to a previous version then test

Install/Repair your VC++ files for Dead Space

Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game

i also had problems with crashes and apparently my problem was that nvidia's overlay was active in the game and that caused it to crash (no idea why).

@Schikanov Good call out, did you disable the overlay and get the game to work?

@EA_Shepard yes i deactivated nvidias overlay and after that i had no more problems.

I can't even get it boot up lol. I was happy it was on game pass but after troubleshooting for one hour kind of disappointed. I'm glad i didn't buy the game I guess....

I can get Dead Space Remake to open but it crashes after 5-10 minutes. I've tried everything from rolling back the video drivers and lowering settings, turning HDR off, in game and via settings file. Deleted the Nvidia Dead Space Remake profile and replacing with a user made one. I'm out of ideas now and can't find anything else to try.
