I can't download dead space trough Ea Play on PS5

For me it is still locked, for other ea play games everything is ok... tried various solutions for WS-116483-3v error but it didn't help

It still doesn't work. And i can see it on the store there's a lock on the top right corner and when i click on it and then hit download it shows an error

@-_-Bossin-_-1313 Can you you log into the PS store Here, or the PS app and see if you can send the download to the console?

I tried it. It doesn't work.

@-_-Bossin-_-1313 Okay, just to confirm with you, your EA Play sub is showing active under your subscriptions yes? This was an issue at one point and was resolved. 

Also, can you try the following and see if they help?

• Manage your downloadable content (DLC) on PlayStation
• Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
• Verify you signed into your PSN account
• Check for updates
• Restore Licence
• Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides

My subscription is active and i tried all the steps and it still doesn't work 

@-_-Bossin-_-1313 Ive seen other posts on it. As it was an issue previously, I reached out on it to see if I can get more info. As soon as I get more info I will let you know.

Hi yes mine is the same I downloaded it when released on ea play but now it has a lock symbol and when I try to download it just says something went wrong or you all ready own this can't download it

I had this issue looked into and tested out. This appears to be an issue on the PS side, or PS account side as in the subscription itself. We do see that the EA Play sub is active on some accounts that were reviewed but were not able to reproduce it and were able to get the game downloaded on the PS5.

At this time we ask that you please reach out to Sony support so that they can review the Sony accounts. Downloads on console are not regulated by the EA account but entitlements based on your Sony account as the download comes through the PS Store and not through the EA app like on PC.
