on a new game+ I had 3 scavenger bots when I beat game solo. After starting a new co-op game on impossible mode I only have 2 scavenger bots.
Now it appears I only have 1 scavenger bot sometime after doing the 5th and 6th chapters.
No they are not still out gathering resources. I only have one bot now, the other 2 are simply gone.
This is kind of a big problem considering how useful they are. How can i get them back?
I've have the exact same issue too. Playthrough 3 for me now and have been stuck with only 1 bot since playthough 2.

happy to read that i´m not the only one having this nasty bug, am very frustrated about it...
Played the game on solo and received the 1st Bot in chapter 5 after walking down the little ledder. All worked fine.
Then I have started a coop game with a buddy and we started the game completely from Prolog.
After having reached chapter 5, both of us received the search bot. He could use it without any problems and my bot was just not there.
He was not even shown in the inventory or that he is in searchmode. (doing again solo did not brought him back!)
Later in chapter 8 or 9 we found another bot. Me then finally had his first bot and my buddy got his 2nd!
I hope EA/Origin are going to get this fixed asap. It sucks to look around for hours and hope to find some tungsten just because not having this little helper (furthermore the bot grants you much more than just resources).

I am also having this issue. I beat the game twice on hard, playing impossible and one of my bots disappeared. I called and spoke with a tech, and he is looking into it. He suggested everyone post on this forum, so the creater will make a patch. The more people that post, the more likely it will get fixed. In the mean time be patient, and enjoy the game. - Me too on Xbox, new game+ impossible mode in co-op when it dissapeared, we reached the chapter where you first get the bot at the bottom of the ladder there was only one , my partner (carver) picked it up , but the cut scene showed isacc (me) "oh an old scav bot" checked my bots - thought I would have 4 bots - but my 3 was down to 2 - up to that point I hadn't deployed any bots and I first noticed it missing.
