Same with me. I joined chapter 17 on a coop game and finishing the game with 3 bots. After finishing I rejoined his game on new game+ and I noticed one of my bots gone missing. I am dreading the possibilities of losing all my bots how am I going to get my ration seal then?

This problem emerged quite early, and your right, there have been so many posts about it, but NONE of them are getting any attention. i fear that this will just become an accepted flaw... but boy how I hope this is not the case!
On the plus side, this glitch does seem to be limited to the continuation of existing game modes, ie, for me NG+, but with others its happening after coop...
Nonetheless, if you started a new game on hardcore, pure survival or oldschool mode, this should reset your bots to the normal story progression.
This is far from a solution as i plan to keep going with my NG+ until i get 100% completion, so i still need to endure about another 1.5 playthroughs like this before i start all the other more challanging game modes.
Please give us a fix soon Visceral and or EA...
