Hi, we experience the same problem with game from Origin.we run it on i3/8GBRAM/Radeon7700. We had the same problem on Dead Space 1 too. we are trying to slove it ( drivers and some web search). perhaps i found something on web, i try and hope it will help. if it does i¨ll write it here.

    well i found solution for me. perhaps it will help someone else too. i unplugged all USB devices ( USB mouse also include + joystick + web camera +  connection to antene ).suddenly the menu in game were in the middle of the screen and also the game ran good. the look of the Isaacs shoulder was right. i plug mouse back and it still worked well. problem begun when i plug in the joystick! so i can run the game, but i have to unplugg joystick first! looks like the game took the joystick as the prefered device...
