Could you please provide us some information of your system? I would recommend to disable every enhanced graphic option in your graphic menu. Just choose "custom" and disable all options. This game is not really meant to play on this resolution, please check the minimum system requirements of Dead Space 3:
For Windows XP (SP3), Vista (SP1), or Windows 7 the minimum requirements are as follows:
- 2.8 GHz processor or equivalent
- 1 GB RAM (XP), 2 GB RAM (Vista or Windows 7)
- NVIDIA GeForce 6800 or better (7300, 7600 GS, and 8500 are below minimum system requirements)
- ATI X1600 Pro or better (X1300, X1300 Pro and HD2400 are below minimum system requirements)
- 256MB Video Card and Shader Model 3.0 required. The latest version of DirectX 9.0c
- At least 10GB of hard drive space for installation, plus additional space for saved games
While these are the minimum requirements needed in order to run Dead Space 3, we recommend players utilize on par or greater than the following:
- Windows 7 (Service Pack 1)
- 2.4 ghz Intel Core 2 Duo / 2.7 GHz AMD Athlon X2
- At least 2 GB Ram
- 15 GB HD space
- ATI Radeon HD 3870 512 MB / NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT 512 MB or better
- DirectX 9.0c
