go to your game hit the start button(the one on the controller. don't start the game) then go to manage game and add one. click on internal storage. you should see online pass there. select it and download it

With the changes that Xbox and PS are making to their marketplace, you will have to find a workaround like this to get the pass. If you were already entitled for it, it would show up in your purchase history, or under manage games in my games and apps because you already downloaded it once before.
If for some reason it is not, you have to find a way to obtain it and send it to the console, if the above do not work!
