Unable to access Dead Space 3 Awakened DLC

Hi, I have purchased a hard copy of DS3 through Amazon, I installed the game and I have played through with no issues. I recently bought the Awakened DLC on Origin, I downloaded it and installed it and I got an unlock confirmation message in the game, my problem is that I can see the DLC listed in the game, but I only get the option to download it (which I've already done), anyway, if I click on download I get an information page with no download button, so I'm unable to start the DLC.  Please help with this.

    You need to contact support by e-mail or by phone and tell them about this problem. They will update your account. And it will work. I had the same problem with one of DLC for Dead Space 3. Now it's fixed thanks to EA support clercs.

    I forgot to say that I have the latest patch installed.
