I just continued my new game + run today as I run into the same issue I pulled down the North fuel station first before I got to the southern one but the objective didn't update so I also did the centrifuge but that also changed nothing so the objective to refule the northern engine is still active but the lever is already pulled down so I'm soft lockt I have no saves where the lever is still up I tryed to load the game multiple times closed the game but nothing. oddly in my first playthrough I did the same thing but than it worked Im waiting now for the next update to see if this bug is fixed then if not I have the restart the run completely ( quick update on that situation because the next patch of the game is here but I'm still soft locked but I can't say if I do the same thing what soft lockt me in the first place will happen still at least the camera bug seems to be gone when you start the game and the camera is stuck on the save station I will restart the run now and when I get to chapter 3 I will make a few saves just to try if this still happen or not I think if the save is soft lockt you have to restart also
So final update I did now the same thing with multiple savety saves first the north fuel station than the southern one and it worked so bug seems to be fixed but if the save state is all ready soft locked than you have to restart there is no other way
