[Xbox One] Unable To Claim Dead Space 3 Online Pass From The In Game Store

So recently i wanted to play for the first time Dead Space 3 with my friend, and noticed that i need an add-on to be able to play Co-op with him, I checked the Xbox store and that specific content the isn't available same with Microsoft store, tried to access it from the menu of the game "downloadable content" and its giving me this specific message "Cannot retrieve information from the Xbox LIVE Marketplace. Please check your connection and try again." but noticed that my friend has access to this option and had no issues claiming the content (Online pass).
