I handed all of the smuggler's letters to Cullen AFTER already raiding the Red Templar's hideout (which made Cullen very happy) and then, spoke with Dagna and started the quest to find Samson's armor weakness. The marker appeared on the War Table map for her quest, but when I scroll over it, no completion time is presented and it constantly says "Busy" even when Cullen, Josie, and Leliana are all free! Their cards aren't even available when I scroll over/click on the marker on the map! I don't know what to do, and my Inquisitor is in a romance with Cullen, which I've heard can only be finished with the completion of this Samson quest line! Please, help if you can! I don't have any other saves to go back to. :'<I'm on XBox One!!

You need to do Before The Dawn BEFORE you even click on What Pride Has Wrought. You use the rune you get during WPHR so starting that means you have chosen to go without being able to destroy Sampson's armor. The mission to track down Sampson is after that, so you can judge him.

do you have enough points built up?some missions require 40-50 power to be able to selecct them.one way to build up power or infuence points very quicklyis to get the merchant (in skyhold) that you can buy influence from.keep repeating the gather coin quests, back-to-back, to build up coin more quicklyand use the coin to buy (then sell back) the influence offers. which can be done repeatedly, as long as you don't leave the buy/sellscreen.i was able to build up 250 influence points and like 4-8 perk pointsin very short order, once i had enough coin to buy/sell all 10 of thehighest priced influence items.

And you did her War Table quest?I looked it up and it is called "The Arcanist and the Fade". It is middle to east in south Ferelden, the picture has a blue background and shows a dwarf in side profile scratching her head.Perhaps you unlocked the quest but just haven't done it yet?

Having this same issue... trying to romance Cullen as well... Would hate to see 50 hours of gameplay wasted because one war table mission is bugged.

I don't think it's a bug. I had the same problem but it turned out, I just hadn't done Dagna's War Table Quest.

I talked to her after she gave me the Samson quest, and she talked to me about me being in the fade (it was obviously after the main quest "here lies the Abyss") and I told her, I will give her a detailed report. This unlocked a quest for her at the War Table (don't remember exact name, something with circle mage, it is in the sout middle to east part of Ferelden)

After I completed it, I could finaly complete the quest for Samson's weakness.

I have the same problem and talking to Dagna doesn't help. I've already exhausted all her conversation options. ☹️

That sounds like a Xbox one only bug as I've done the questline on ps3... Just be aware the effects won't happen til later.
