Before the Dawn - "Finding Samson's Weakness" War Table Bug!

I handed all of the smuggler's letters to Cullen AFTER already raiding the Red Templar's hideout (which made Cullen very happy) and then, spoke with Dagna and started the quest to find Samson's armor ...

That sounds like a Xbox one only bug as I've done the questline on ps3... Just be aware the effects won't happen til later.
