Before the Dawn - "Finding Samson's Weakness" War Table Bug!

I handed all of the smuggler's letters to Cullen AFTER already raiding the Red Templar's hideout (which made Cullen very happy) and then, spoke with Dagna and started the quest to find Samson's armor ...

I've got tons of influence and power but I don't see how that helps the situation I'm in though with that stupid bug
