Can’t download dragon age origins dlc on ps3

I recently bought a copy of dao ultimate edition for the ps3. I know the servers have been down for a while, but I saw that the dlc was supposed to be on the disc, so I figured I would be ok. I’m told the dlc is supposed to pop up in an “additional content” section next to dragon age on the xmb, but nothing is appearing. Is my copy corrupted, and my only option to buy it from the psn store now?

Did you purchase a disc? There should be another bubble that pops up below the game icon when you put the disc in, You can install each each included DLC from there.
